FI error codes, motorcycle Honda cbr 600 F4i
Owners of cbr 600 F4i, if you have to face such a problem as a flashing FI (MIL) light.
These short and long blinks are the same error codes. Each blink carries a certain number, which in turn will tell you about your malfunction. Long flashes (1.3 seconds) - the number 10, short (0.5 seconds) - the number 1.
For example: the light flashes twice at 1.3 and once faster (0.5 seconds). This tells us that error code 21 is a bad O2 sensor (California only). If twice quickly (0.5 seconds) - code 2, the MAP sensor vacuum hose is loose or disconnected, the MAP sensor is faulty.

I also want to add - PGM-FI memory. System errors are stored in this memory, which can be viewed as follows:
- Turn off the ignition "OFF"
- Put a jumper in the service connector, which is located near the battery and has two wires.
- Turn the ignition "ON" and switch the "stop" switch to the "run" position
After that, if there are errors in the memory, they will blink off again. If there are no errors in the memory, then the FI indicator will simply glow.
And one more nuance and you can complete the article) If the error is not one, but several at the same time, then first FI will blink from the lowest digit of the code to the highest with a pause.
Reset errors, how to do it?
Turn the start-stop button to the run position, the ignition switch is off. Next, short the diagnostic connector with a jumper. Turn on the ignition switch. After turning on the ignition, remove the jumper. The indicator should light up for 5 seconds. While it is lit you must insert the jumper back. (All this must be done within 5 seconds). A sign that the memory has been erased is the error indicator goes out and then starts flashing. Please note that the memory will not be erased if the ignition switch is turned off before the indicator starts flashing. And lastly, if the Indicator blinks 20 times, then the memory has not been erased and you need to repeat it all over again.
